Bentley Motors revealed their plans to debut their first-ever Bentley branded residential tower, the Bentley Residences, in Sunny Isles, Florida, where it’s set to be the tallest beachfront residential tower in the U.S.

A collaboration between Bentley, Sieger Suarez Architects, and South Florida-based property developer Dezer Development, the condo behemoth will see the storied British car marque extend its presence even further in the US. The building is set to debut in 2026.

Bentley is also a Real estate designer

In Miami, Construction work will begin in 2023, and when the building is finished three years later, it’ll be the tallest beachfront residential tower in the U.S at 749 feet and over 60 stories high.

“The modern and progressive brand identity of Bentley Residences is at work in both the tower’s interior and exterior spaces, rooted in authenticity, sustainability, and innovation,” said Adrian Hallmark, Chairman, and CEO of Bentley Motors. “We’ve partnered with Dezer to create a living experience that expresses the very philosophy of the Bentley brand and stays true to our vision of inspiring extraordinary journeys.”

“Partnering with Bentley Motors, a true global luxury brand, and being able to create another first in the Miami marketplace is an extraordinary opportunity,” added Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development. “With Bentley Motors, together we will create something inspiring, powerful, and iconic – a true game-changer when it comes to luxury living.”

The Bentley Residences

Despite being financed by a vehicle manufacturer, the Bentley Residences will see sustainability at its core. For it’ll be built in agreement with the Florida Green Building Council (FLGC) certification and other applicable environmental regulations to keep the local environment and wildlife safe. Even the shore lighting will be kept at a minimum to conserve endangered sea turtles. Environmentally safe building materials will also be utilized throughout, and the building will be engineered to minimize energy consumption in the long run.

Some features of the building

  • There will be over 200 luxury residences, comprising state-of-the-art luxuries such as a restaurant, cinema, gym, whiskey bar, pool, spa, and cigar lounge, in addition to landscaped gardens.
  • Each residence will have a multi-car garage – via the tower’s car elevator – so residents can safely store their vehicles.
  • Each residence will all have a private balcony, sunken pool, and sauna.
  • Each apartment was designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living and will all have views over the ocean and bay through its floor-to-ceiling windows.
  • Bentley’s marque design details will be expertly woven into the interiors, including Bentley’s diamond motif, as well as luxurious leather and sustainable materials.
  • The exterior’s extraordinary façade will also make it stand out from other towers on the beach.
  • Private and beautifully landscaped communal gardens will be manicured to reflect the natural, beachside beauty outside.
  • Each of the luxury apartments will see floor-to-ceiling windows, and like Bentley’s best vehicles, will all be decked out to offer a sense of calm.

Throughout the development, the designers have gone to tremendous lengths to incorporate the Bentley design language. So not only will the apartments display the same attention to detail that goes into Bentley’s autos but each of the apartments will feature sustainable, locally sourced materials.

In typical Miami fashion, the property has proven to be dripping in luxury.
